KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
  • Contribute towards the development of logistics plans and processes ensuring compliance with wider logistics policies and WFP standards.

  • Manage Insurance for Property damage, Business Interruption, Public Liability, Claim process etc.
  • Manage team Sourcing Price negotiation and lease agreements included setup new rental contract in term and conditions.
  • Manage and record all matters pertaining to various expenses.
  • Liaise with finance and provide the essential information.
  • Coordinate with financial and Procurement to resolve invoice payment, invoice correction, book value, write off apply for sell of company assets and scraps.
  • Coordinate with concern department regarding services for reject, complaint.
  • Manage Cost saving, monitor and manage office expenditures of office supplies to be in line with company’s budget.
  • Manage and control fix assets item
  • Review all quotation/contract for all items to prevent any risk arise from unfavorable quotation/contracts.
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
  • Implement formalization of process to ensure efficiency processes and develop team.
  • Enforce when necessary the importance to the team of complying with the policies, processes and procedures.
  • Dealing with unexpected problems in the absence of head
  • Performed job assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related filed.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the Administration field.
  • Experience of handling insurance will be advantage.
  • Having experience in sourcing domestic and overseas suppliers and cost saving activities.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English good level.
The preferred competencies:
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Service mind, good interpersonal, excellent interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and also good in managing team.
  • Able to speak Thai would be an advantage.
