SUMMARY:

Sin Pauk Sandal factory manufactures Myanmar traditional sandals for both male and female based in Mandalay.The sandals are available all over Central part of Myanmar and Upper Myanmar.It has been in the market as a well recognized brand for decades.The business is passed down from generations to generations to provide affordable,yet comfortable and easily accessible footwear.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and align HR initiatives to the business strategy which includes the ability to identify, analyze, understand and articulate business goals and objectives at the company
  • Create and implement salary structure, job documentation, organization chart and job evaluation systems such as KPI in coordination with the related manager
  • Develop employee handbook, administer and explain benefits to employees
  • Serve as a liaison between employees and employers and stakeholders
  • Supervise HR team and drive key HR processes such as manpower planning, talent sourcing, on-boarding of new employees, development planning, talent review and succession planning 
  • Responsible for talent management activities to ensure most qualified employees are recruited, hired, and retained, including succession planning and annual performance review process
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
  • Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff; collaborate with legal counsel on issues as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor degree holder with 4+ years experience working in HR field 
  • Previous HR Generalist experience (employee relations, compensation, training and development, coaching/counseling, change management, recruiting etc.) is highly preferred
  • Self starter with a passion for delivering results
  • Computer literacy and communicable English is mandatory 
  • Able to live and work in Mandalay
