Job Description
  • Develop strategy and roadmap for future business-focused (SoHo, SME, Large Entities) products to fulfil user requirements.

11.    Ensures that all works being executed under his/her supervision conform with the Client’s specifications and the approved drawings.
12.    Coordinates efforts with all sections of the company (Procurement & Logistics, Projects, HR and Accounts) as per company internal procedures.
13.    Ensures that all mechanical tools and equipment are in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications.
14.    Ensures that all spares or consumables used during maintenance are good quality and standard.
15.    Understands all processes, works accordingly and gives feedback for improvement.

4.    Ensures that adequate PPE is used by both i engineering and subcontractors’ teams.
5.    Ensures that safe work procedures are being adhered to.
6.    Investigates and fills the incident investigation report and shares it with the OH&S representative.
7.    Ensures emergency drills are conducted on sites.
8.    Deals directly with the client’s representative on all OH&S matters on sites.
9.    Reports on any hazard, incident, and accident to the direct supervisor of all assigned sites.

11.    Ensures that all works being executed under his/her supervision conform with the Client’s specifications and the approved drawings.
12.    Coordinates efforts with all sections of the company (Procurement & Logistics, Projects, HR and Accounts) as per company internal procedures.
13.    Ensures that all tools and equipment are in accordance with the engineering standards and specifications.
14.    Ensures that all spares or consumables used during maintenance are of good quality and standard.
15.    Understands all processes, works accordingly and gives feedback for improvement.
16.     Keeps record of inventory, problem history for all equipment under his/her control.
17.    Being team leader, coach and enable other team members, check standard of work executed and be responsible for scope of whole team work.
18.    Responsible for the completion of all electrical service requests as assigned.

OH&S/QMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1.    Ensures the implementation of OH&S/QMS requirements on all assigned cell sites.
2.    Fills all related OH&S/QMS documents on sites.
3.    Conducts site safety induction by explaining to subcontractors their responsibilities in terms of OH&S requirements of i engineering and clients.
4.    Ensures that adequate PPE is used by both ieng and Subcontractor team
5.    Ensures that safe work procedures are being adhered to
6.    Investigates and fills the incident investigation report and shares it with the OH&S representative.
7.    Ensures emergency drills are conducted on sites.
8.    Deals directly with the client’s representative on all OH&S matters on sites.
9.    Reports on any hazard, incident, and accident to the direct supervisor of all assigned sites.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS


•    More than 1 year experience in similar field
•    Must be a team player, flexible, defendable and punctual
•    Proven ability to multi-task

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


•    HND ( Higher National Diploma )

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1.    Supports to NOC and field technicians in handling emergencies till issue is resolved within agreed Service Level Agreement. Support in preparation of RCA reports for those emergencies or incidents.
2.    Responds on timely basis to all communications within and outside the organization.
3.    Plans, assigns and directs the employees who are engaged in installation, maintenance and operation of different telecommunication systems and support equipment.
4.    Assists the O&M Supervisor Region with the acceptance of new sites, assigning to teams & informing to all relevant people.
5.    Ensures that the Field Technicians are executing their assigned work according to quality and standard.
6.    Ensures proper care of all company assets assigned to his/her area such as tools, mobile DG’s, vehicles, accommodations etc.
7.    Validates the reports and information from field technicians.
8.    Assist the O&M Supervisor in planning Preventive & Corrective maintenance, implementing, monitoring, and follows up with issues found till closure.
9.    Gives recommendation to the O&M Supervisor accordingly. Resources include but not limited to Human, tools, equipment & transportation.
10.    Ensures that teams have necessary tools and transportation.
11.    Ensures proper communication with the client and within organization in form of mails, meetings, calls, reports etc.
12.    Demonstrates the ability to think critically and proactively, anticipates risks and prepares solutions in advance.
13.    Ensures availability of spares and enough fuel on cell sites within his/her area, with the help of the O&M Supervisor, provides regular feedback about the status and escalates if required.

15.    Ensure the right consumption for fuel and spares in his/her area.
16.    Ensures all documentation and reports are created and shared within i engineering and client on time.

OH&S/QMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1.    Ensures that all OH&S/QMS procedures are daily monitored and followed.
2.    Be responsible for the application, compliance and regular updating of the security plan in place both by the local team as by visitors.
3.    Ensures visitors receive a proper security and context briefing and monitor the security adherence.
4.    Provides the general coordination with security-related feedback and systematically report in writing any security incident involving the teams
5.    Follows all policies and procedures for monitoring, testing product availability, and incident management.
6.     Implements and follows policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected.
7.    Proactively reviews processes, documentation and procedures to keep updated on operational activities.
8.    Prepares and distributes a variety of reports as requested by Manager or Head.
9.    Ensures that adequate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used by both i engineering teams and Subcontractors.
10.    Inspects all PPE prior to its use.
11.    Ensures a proper usage of PPE.
12.    Requests for the replacement of PPE’s when required.
13.    Investigates accidents, incidents, and hazards and implements the necessary corrective and preventive actions to mitigate incidents, accidents and hazards.
14.    Ensures that all placards are clear, clean and well maintained.
15.    Provides training to enhance the OHSAS knowledge and competence.
16.    Conducts emergency preparedness drills on a regular basis.
17.    Conducts regular site inspections.
18.    Checks, inspects and reports hazards to Manager.
19.    Identifies existing and potential hazards.
20.    Monitors hazard controls (PPE, engineering controls, policies, procedures)
21.    Recommends corrective actions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1.    Manages and directs day to day operations of the O&M section, including determining needed repairs and improvements, establishing project priorities and assigning work tasks, scheduling work to most effectively meet the needs of production with minimal disruption.
2.    Makes plan to ensure that spares are available in case of emergency situation in the region or area.
3.    Reports to direct supervisor on all spares related theft incidents according to process.
4.    Prepares monthly and weekly forecasts for spares availability in the region or area.
5.    Performs frequent field visits, to ensure the spares availability and consumption is accurate. Reports any difference to direct supervisor and proposes corrective & preventive measures.
6.    Places orders for spares based on plan, supervises spares delivery & reconciles actual deliveries against invoices submitted.
7.    Collects and collates all spares records from the Field Technicians (e.g. preventive, corrective, emergency, etc) for analysis purpose.
8.    Handles spares shortage related emergencies and makes improvements and reports to the O&M Supervisor, Fuel.
9.    Ensures that spares orders conform to the quality standards as per the test carried out.
10.    Works to solve equipment issues using effective fault diagnosis skills and implements immediate containment, together with long term innovative solutions.
11.    Manages the planned preventative maintenance program ensuring adherence to the scheme in a timely manner.
12.    Liaises with the production team and external contractors whilst on site in order to ensure compliance to company and legislative policies.
13.    Works with and through the O&M team to design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods to ensure optimization of equipment.
14.    Plans and schedules both planned and unforeseen work ensuring the competence of the engineering team to achieve the end target.
15.    Identifies and diagnoses breakdown problems working directly with internal and external suppliers.
16.    Plans and controls maintenance tools and equipment.
17.    Ensures monthly stock take of maintenance spares is completed.
18.    Monitors and controls maintenance costs in line with budgetary requirements.
19.    Works with and through the suppliers to ensure timely maintenance of the inventory of spares and repair parts, materials and tools.

OH&S/QMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES


1.    Ensures that all OH&S/QMS procedures are regularly monitored and followed.
2.    Oversees facility safety meetings and material.
3.    Ensures that all related documentation are followed and reviewed.
