Responsibilities• Update approved vacancy requisitions and balance vacancy in balance score sheet• Update monthly manpower report of Lower Myanmar and present to Manager• Communicate and schedule with hiring manager, HR manager, recruitment agency, and applicants inviting them to interview • Complete the request to appoint for the successful candidate and notify applicants whether they are appointed or unsuccessful• Perform background and reference checks as needed• Organize candidate’s data and file the necessary documents of selected successful candidate and update in the databases software• Prepare job offer letter and Employment Contract for endorsement• Prepare compassion allowance for employee and pay to eligible beneficiaries directly• Check necessary documents and score based on achievement and present to Managing Director to determine the “Best Employee of the Month” and proceed for cash collection• Circulate necessary documents to department managers to classify “Yearly Award” entitlement and compare and check the score with the data from HR software, and organize the award selection meeting with Directors and manager to notify the “Year Award” achiever• Organize the approval of respective department manager and director for Upgrade or Promote employee monthly and proceed to Managing Director approval.
Develop and execute work plans to deliver on company’s strategic goals, meet business plan targets and meet and ensure appropriate relations with our local governmental regulators (“Financial Regulatory Department" FRD)
Ensure smooth branch functioning with respect to operations, business development, systems and processes;
Handle a percentage of active borrowers of branch from time to time;
Analyze credit assessment in the branch and beyond as required, and approve or disapprove loan applications, ensuring company standards of quality and in line with branch work plan targets and management directives from time to time;
