-Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
-Collaborate with recruiting team and report recruitment data
-Interview and evaluate (set grading) applied tutors
-Implement new recruiting channels
-Research and choose job advertising options
-Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
-Participate in job fairs and career events
-Build the company’s professional network through relationships with professionals, colleges and other partners.
-Preferable 2 years’ teaching/tutoring exp
-Good command of written and spoken English and Burmese
-Driven, systematic, good decision making & energetic personality with strong communication skills
-Experience with education field is preferred
-Ability to work independently
-Basic Computer Skill (Word & Excel)
