Maintain and accurate records of all recommendations, correspondence and suggested repairs, as well as daily version of all open tickets.
Support the product support team and technical field team as required.
Diagnose and trouble shooting of technical error of vehicles.
Provide support to dealer staffs regarding prescribed methodologies, special tools and / or system within internal manual, technical bulletins and updates.Provide timely resolution of escalated technical product concern to dealer technical staffs.
Master (or) Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experiences in diagnosis, trouble shooting and repairing of vehicle technology
