Job Detail

Job Description

-Deliver the softskill training including but not limited to Leadership, Team Work, productivity improvement, Problem Solving, logical thinking, Decision Making, Negotiation, Cross Culture, Customer Care etc
-Develop new Softskill training module
-Plan the training program and estimate the budget
-Make Assessment and Report the training result and budget
-Negotiate and coordinate with regional HR training PIC and the outsourced training vendors as well
-Arrange the training
-Communicate with the training planning and administration group
- Conduct (teach) Softskill training in Yangon and other states & regions
- Monitor the improvement of the trainees and reporting to manager
- Find out training needs for staff development and whole organization improvement (Training Need Analysis)

• Intermediate level of English language skill

• Have team spirit and work as a team
• Must have POLC Skill (Planning ,Organizing , Leading and Controlling)
