1.Provide high-level expertise and skills to deliver excellent network and communication solutions/services.
2.Ensure network related faults and tasks are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
3.Assist in the acquisition, design, installation, configuration, and support of network infrastructure.
4.Assist in tender responses, recommendations, and implementation projects.
5.Manage infrastructure documentation (e.g. network diagrams and device configurations etc.) ensuring it is updated.
6.Liaise with product partners/3rd party support for network infrastructure delivery, maintenance, installation, and support
7.Support in research, analysis, and monitoring to identify network support needs for end-user services.
8.Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
9.Ensure service levels are achieved in line with contracts and customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
10.Update Service Catalogues.
11.Update the Service Management System, ensuring all incidents and service requests are logged/updated, categorized and allocated accurately an efficiently.
12.Collaborate with other IT teams for projects/support.
13.Collaborate with the service desk for both onsite and remote support (24×7, 365 days a year).
14.Provide information and analyze incidents.
15.Ensure that MMG’s Mission and Vision, strategy and business plan are understood.
16.Contribute to the success of MMG and assist in improving the overall customer experience.
