The ideal candidate shall ensure strong service delivery, up-sell and upgrade our existing accounts.
Responsibilities: - Making 30+ phone calls per day to assigned existing accounts to qualify leads - Identify clients needs, present value, and offer a solution - Taking our existing accounts through the full sales cycle from open to close - Ensuring the client receives timely and efficient service - Identifying low activity accounts and taking pro-active action - Make phone calls and create email campaigns to generate prospects - All other duties related to the role assigned by the supervisor
