Job Description

Must have solid experience related to Customer Service
Must be able to handle Various Customers as Key Account Management
Must have skills in Microsoft Office Application (MS Excel and Powerpoint)
Preferred to have 1-3 years experience and salary will be based on experience
Self-initiative and must be able to lead the Customer Service Team
Must have excellent communication skill and English 4 skills (Mid to Advanced Level)
Must have knowledge of reporting process and data analysis
Willing to work with team member and ready to take challenges
Should have sound knowledge of latest technology
Should be able to demonstrate product and service skills
Right mindset, nice attitude, and polite manner
Ad-hoc duties assigned by management
