The ideal candidate will be a Senior Account Executive, ensuring strong service delivery, up-selling and upgrading our existing accounts through outbound calling efforts.
- Making 30+ phone calls per day to assigned existing accounts
- Taking our existing accounts through the full sales cycle from open to close
- Ensure that we are providing timely service to our accounts
- Identifying low activity accounts and taking pro-active action
- Identify clients needs, present value, and offer a solution
- Run call and email campaigns to generate interested and qualified prospects for yourself
- All other duties assigned
- Customer Service Experience required
- Strong work ethic
- Computer skills, especially Excel/Google Sheets
- Able to use well digital communications tools (Gmail, workplace communications tools)
- Strong English
