Daily Monitoring of the digital marketing channels App, Facebook, etc
Daily Updating of Contents: Communicate and consult daily with A&P Team and Sales Team for updating the contents. Specific examples are, managing the Q&A in the App., updating news & information in App and Facebook
Popularization: Planning and executing events and promotion to popularize the digital marketing platform
Create & implement marketing campaigns to promote spot sales of products, through active Dealers participations to the end-users.
Lead direct retail of products through establishment of B2C marketing channel, while working with the operational team
Generate marketing lead for promoting sales of products through institutional channels, big farms, government tenders, growers association etc
Male or Female
University graduate. Bachelor at Agriculture is preferable.
Academic knowledge (Diploma / Degree) of S & M management will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Burmese and English language
Strong Interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of Social Networking Services
Understanding of marketing concepts
Open to travel remotely to understand the field situations and market trends, also to plan and execute events and promotions.
High result orientation and ability to challenge status quo
Analytical ability to monitor market trends
Generate reports & monitor action plans leading to performance results.
