ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead the Marketing Team of HR Services of Organization.
•Laydown business development strategies and actions plan in order to successfully implement the goals and objectives of the organization.
•Make sales strategies and implement actions plan for online, offline staff recruitment services and oth-er HR services.
•Implement B2B marketing for all HR Services such as staff recruitment service, payroll services, learning and developing video broadcasting services, Diploma and Master Degree of Finance & Management Pro-grams.
•Identifies HR Services business opportunities by identifying prospects and by researching & analyzing sales options.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational and human resource work-shops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
•Must be a graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in Business Development (or) Sales & Marketing (or) B to B marketing.
•Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management, Diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management and Diploma in Business Administration holders are more preferred.
•Ability to speak, read and write in English language.
•Able to use Microsoft Office.
