အဖြဲ႕အစည္းအတြင္းရွိ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား ခန္႕အပ္ေရြးခ်ယ္ေရး၊ ဆက္သြယ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေရး၊ ဖြံ႕ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး၊ တူညီေသာ
အခြင့္အလမ္း ရရွိေရး၊ မူ၀ါဒစနစ္မ်ား လိုက္နာေရး တို႕အတြက္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာ မန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားႏွင့္ေဆြးေႏြးျခင္း၊ အႀကံဥာဏ္ ေပးျခင္းမ်ားကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
B.B.A/ B.P.A/ B.A(Psychology)/ B.Dev, M.B.A, M.Dev သို႔ ဘြဲ႔ရၿပီး HR Diploma ရၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္
သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အၾကံဳ(၅) ႏွစ္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။
Computer Microsoft Office suite (Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳတက္ရမည္။
အလုပ္သမား ဥပေဒႏွင့္ HR၏ လုပ္ထံုးလုပ္နည္းမ်ားအားေကာင္းမြန္သိရွိနားလည္ရမည္။
နားေထာင္မႈစြမ္းရည္၊ တင္ျပမႈစြမ္းရည္၊ညိွႏိႈင္းေဆာင္ရြက္မႈစြမ္းရည္၊ ဦးစီးေဆာင္ရြက္မႈႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္မႈစြမ္းရည္ ေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
လုပ္ငန္းစီမံခန္႔ခြဲသူမ်ား၏ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္မႈခ်က္အား ေကာင္းမြန္စြာသိရွိနားလည္ရမည္။
၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈႏွင့္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္မႈဆိုင္ရာ အေျခအေနမ်ားအား အႀကံျပဳျခင္းႏွင့္ ရူေထာင့္ေပါင္းစံုမွသံုးသပ္ျခင္းမ်ားအား ယံုၾကည္မႈ ရွိစြာျဖင့္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
HR ဗ်ဴဟာဆိုင္ရာအေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရာတြင္၀န္ထမ္းတစ္ဦးခ်င္းဆီ၏သင့္ေလွ်ာ္သည့္ ဖြံၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္မႈ ႏွင့္ ျမင့္မားသည့္စြမ္း ေဆာင္ရည္ျဖင့္၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား စိတ္ေက်နပ္မႈ ျပည့္ေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
အဂၤလိပ္ဘာသာႏွင့္ တရုတ္ဘာသာျဖင့္ ေကာင္းမြန္စြာေျပာဆိုဆက္သြယ္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
