Provide technical support (Help desk) for both hardware and software issues according to user requirements.
Monitoring the system and software status to take action for security or usability concerns if needed.
Provide training to users for some application usage such as meeting applications.
Check and monitor virus protection status on clients.
Implementation network infrastructure for Yangon and Mandalay Office according to project's timeline and manage internal wired and wireless connectivity by checking routers, wireless controller and switch.
Administrator infrastructure including firewalls to be secure network system by establishing and enforcing policies.
Regular maintenance for IT equipment such as Desktop, Laptop, tablet and printer of Yangon office.
Checking and collecting Inventory of Yangon IT equipment.
EDUCATION: Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent certificates
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years’ experience of troubleshooting in PC, Network Server and Firewall
Must have customer services experience (Help Desk System)
Must have MCSA and CCNA Certificates is preferred
Ability to communicate with Yangon Office Users Ability to report supervisor & Manager
Ability to work under pressure Able to manage work assign within the timeline
Ablilty to serve as Good team player
