Responsibilities


    Providing full spectrum of HR and Administration support and services to different department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, staff relations and performance management
    Championing and instilling the bank's culture and inspiring excellence in the bank's employees
    Fostering and promoting strong relationships while working closely with the senior management, division/department heads and employees
    Formulating, implementing and reviewing HR policies & procedures
    Aligning the support of HR with the bank's vision and strategies to promote growth
    Ensuring HR processes and policies are compliant to the prevailing laws and regulations and in line with market trends
    Developing and overseeing the implementation of policies and procedure to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness
    Developing HR Information Systems to have effective management of HR-related informationWorking very closely with the heads of various divisions of the bank
    Developing, monitoring and maintaining regular HR scorecards and reports for the bank's senior management and highlighting opportunities for improvementSupporting projects arising through the corporate and business strategies
    Overseeing the budget of HR division - forecasting & monitoring expenses; monitoring and explaining variances with respect to the budget

Qualification Required:

    Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA in recognized institutions
    Extensive HR experience in a fast moving, dynamic environment with more than 1000 employees preferably in multinational organizations
    Experienced people manager with proven track record in leading, coaching and developing the team In-depth knowledge of relevant employment law and HR practices with a solid track record in managing / advising on sensitive legal issues as well as considering the impact of new legislation and devising new HR policies and procedures
    Strong skills of HRIS and Microsoft office programs
    Good verbal and written skills in English and Myanmar languages
