Job Detail

Assisting with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compiling and update employee records ( hard and soft copies)
Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries
Support daily HR activities and assist in coordinate HR policies, processes and relevant document
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities ( staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations ect.)
Coordinate HR projects ( meetings, training, survey, ect) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data ( absences, bonus, leaves, ect)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
Maintains human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintains human resource staff by recruiting , selecting , orienting, and training employees
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
