- Must be able to solve customer complain and must be able to explain clearly for customer's questions upon our services. - Confer with customer by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services,take or enter order,cancel accounts,or obtain detail of complaints. - Able to provide products or services information to the customers. - Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problems. - Keep records of customer interactions or transactions,recording details of inquiries,complains or comments ,as well as actions taken. - Must be able to solve serious complain in time,to prepare complain letter and send to officer for necessary action and follow up and solve to customer satisfaction.
- Any Graduate - Must have good communication skills and knowledge - Must be able to deal with customer - Must be able to computer literate and familiar with MS word/Excel/Power point - Age between (18-28) - Must be able to work at Saturday & Sunday.
