Manage each of the functions Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to maximize productivity to achieve the yearly target
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and Marketing data
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or agents and share with internal teams
Excellent written and spoken English and Burmese!
Strong communication skills (confident on the telephone – prepared to hold calls and arrange meetings with high-level stakeholders)
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
Flexible, dynamic and able to meet deadlines
Interest in the business development sector
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (minimum 2 years’ experience)
