The Sales Executive shall work with customers (both B2C & B2B) to introduce the Company’s product in the market as a service provider for on demand pick-ups & deliveries; maintain sales and high standards of service to customers; take part in daily operations; recommend, implement and effectively control pricing; manage subordinates in compliance with the company’s regulations, policies and procedures.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintains and expand business in the assigned area.
Negotiates agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
Expands existing or current customer base.
Creates awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales.
Develops sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.
Implements customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Other administrative tasks may include some required budget assistance; payment processing, personnel activities, and staff scheduling.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
