RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Develop growth strategies and plans
  • Retain current businesses - hotels and retail business and manage relationships with existing clients
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Draft and review contracts
  • Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
  • Identify and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Research business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally
  • Increase client base
  • Report on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals
  • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
REQUIREMENTS :
  • A presentable, enthusiastic and result-oriented person with strong command of English
  • Have strong organizational and administrative skills and be able to use ICT effectively 
  • Have the ability and temperament to work under pressure in an often hectic environment 
  • Have a co-operative, reliable, customer responsive approach with a “can do” attitude and flexible
  • Highly motivated to do new challenges and continue learning
  • Able to work independently, prioritize and develop initiatives.
  • Team player, passionate, self-motivated and a results-driven approach
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all key stakeholders (both internal and external)
