Job Description

1) The school is seeking an outstanding and dynamic Admissions Executive to serve as a foundational leader and commercial
“right hand” to the Head of School. The incumbent can look forward to a wide and varied set of responsibilities, including:
2) Being holistically responsible for student recruitment, from lead generation and enquiry through to enrollment and retention
3) Work closely with the Head of School and Marketing Manager to develop programs that create interest and excitement in the school that lead to enrollment
4) Identify and attend regional academic fairs
5) Develop relationships with influencers, recommenders and other luminaries in the community to generate interest in the school
6) Be highly proactive and responsive to all school admissions inquiries
7) Helping to craft a brand and communicate the message to the right customers and channels
8) Setting up and executing on frameworks and systems to drive maximum quality leads, both online and offline
9) Managing leads in a systematic manner so as to nurture interest and create maximum tours
10) Hosting comprehensive and effective Open Houses and individual tours of campus, meeting with parents to understand their needs and expectations, and delivering the message that the school is the right fit
11) Converting leads effectively, by interacting with parents in a caring and personalized manner
12) Liaising closely with teachers and staff to ensure smooth inductions of new families and starters
13) Meeting and exceeding targeted admissions numbers, building a new school from the ground up
14) Designing and delivering clear reports on admissions KPI’s such as enquiries, visits, applications and enrollments
15) Recruiting and building a world-class admissions team to ensure resources are in place for awareness/leads to be maximized and inquiries are dealt with promptly/professionally during the critical early stages of the school
