We are operational with over 50,000 job seekers and we will grow to 200,000 within the next year.
We are looking for an experienced leader with strong experience in business development to join our team.
Creating, implementing, updating, presenting, and maintaining the HR policies
Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Arrange interview and setup meetings
Scheduling and conducting job evaluations
Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
Developing employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;
Recommending benefit programs to management
Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results in order to keep the track
Handle the employees’ matters including leave application, payroll, claims
Engage, communicate with external parties in order to arrange events and activities
Assist in other ad-hoc duties
Include HR strategy and organizational design
Qualifications & Competencies
Degree holder or diploma holder with relevant experience
Must be fluent in English, especially for business communication
Must have ability to think strategically in line with company vision and mission
Must have strong team and interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with our team
Critical thinking and confident to handle the duties under pressure
Should have positive point of view and quick problem solver
Must be able to work as a team or independent
Passion for the profession and willing to learn, self-driven
